Returns & Refunds
At FUNKY Di Andi, each piece is made with care and attention to detail. As most of our items are made to order, all purchases are considered final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist you promptly, kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or video showing the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production begins and materials are allocated, therefore cancellations are no longer possible.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery (such as delays, missed delivery, or damage in transit), please contact us as soon as possible.
We will coordinate directly with our logistics partner to resolve the matter efficiently.
